The Created Reality

In this blog, we believe that everything is Energy and the higher your frequency is, the more able you are to create the reality that you truly desire.  The question may pop into your mind “How do I make my frequency go higher?”.  The easiest way that I have found to do this is to “Follow Your Joy” or “Follow Your Excitement”.  When I first learned about this concept, I did not really understand what it meant and it took me awhile to figure it out. But fortunately, I found Bashar’s teachings where he explains the why and how of “Follow Your Excitement”.  Here is a recent video of Bashar who explains the concept quite well:
